We started sanding old turn-of-the-century pine and depression-era oak floors in in the summer of 1988 in University City/St. Louis, Missouri. We simply learned the hard way that it takes a great deal of schooling, hard knocks and tricks to refurbish, refinish, sand, stain and coat a floor properly.

Historic Floor has a full service group around restoring and refinishing of floors. We can screen-n-coat, sand, stain, seal, repair and lace-in floors in every condition imaginable. From fire and water damage, insect damage and just plain lack of care, we handle every phase of revitalizing your floors.
